Never received my order (number 9085989). No response from customer support.

The ordering process was easy and the hiking shoes (at a very competitive price) were delivered on time to our US address. tracking was also spot on

Terrible Customer Experience. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order. I have no idea where it currently is as the tracking link is useless, and no idea if it will ever arrive. I submitted an inquiry, but have received no response as yet from Webtogs.

The item was hard to find in Australia and quite a bit more expensive. Everything worked well and the delivery was very quick too.

Order expected 21/6/22 - nothing received yet. Several phone calls - no answer - I even hung on for over 1 hour today- and emails not responded to except for acknowledgement of receipt.
Just need to know when to expect delivery or I want a refund as the goods will not be needed if I don’t receive them by 1/7/22.
